Nicknames
Beatta and I love Henkka's nickname "Papu" so much that we almost regret not just naming him that to begin with (it means "bean", like green bean, though I like to think of him as Bean from Ender's Game/Shadow). Do Hallie, Ian, and Molly have nicknames? Have they changed much over time?
We used to call Ian "Chuckles" and we call Molly "Giggles" because that is how they laugh. Don't really have good nicknames yet. Suggestions welcome...
we have always called Hallie...Hallie Beaner. She also addresses herself as that if you ask her what her name is. We also call her Dinkleman because she dinks around so much. Other names...Liddy, Liddo. Hallie calls me Meme. Tobin is Daddo. Alison
Mom & discussed the concept of nicknames. We advise patience. After, all, it takes a long time to produce such gems as "Dweebus", "Muffinhead" and "Bubster."

A neighbor of ours in Irvine was fond of "Orange Butt-face" as a nickname for a child. Don't know if that helps...
Which child? It could work for some...
Not for my child(ren) it wouldn't! :)

lets not forget NARB. That has held up at least 10-15 years.
