So it seems we have sold the house. There are still inspections, etc. to deal with, but we are happy things have gone smoothly so far. It is sort of sad to get the house looking really good, only to sell it. We will miss it.

I am glad you sold it! Congrats! We are going to be sad out here all by ourselves...
I guess this brings the total to 2 homes Ryan has purchased and I have not ever set foot in.
