Ryan, April, Ian, and Molly (and Memphis) are visiting Tobin, Alison, and Hallie (and fetus) this weekend.
We ate pork and seed. yum.
When was the last time you had pork and seed?
Link to alternate recipe. My recipe is: cook pork roast. cut up. toast sesame seeds. dip pork in mustard and seeds. yum.

How did the "Pork & Seeds" of my youth become "Pork & Seed"? Do you only get one seed, or is there a Chinese translation problem?
Here's a variation on the recipe: Use a pork tenderloin marinated in something similar to the link, or just soy sauce and red food coloring. This gives the uniform slices of pork a red ring on the outside. I usually grill the meat, but you can roast it.
If you are brave, make this mustard:
2T dry mustard
a few drops salad oil
a little salt
a little sugar
whisk hot water in slowly until you get the thin consistency you want - it thickens like cornstarch early on. Use sparingly.
Well, I had an awesome proof of the ability of the term "seed" to refer to both singular and plural subjects, but I messed up the HTML and don't have the energy to redo it.
