We have been having a fun time on spring break this week. We rode the paddle boats (the second picture is the paddle boat) over to Portsmouth, ate lunch, and rode the boat back. When we got back to Norfolk we watched 5 tug boats pull a navy destoyer ship (first picture) out of dry dock and into the Elizabeth river. It was really cool to watch. We also saw tugs pulling barges around.
Did you know you can take a water taxi? You can get anywhere you need to be on the water here. Nearly all the oceans/lakes have ocean/bay access.
We went to Williamsburg today. I will post those pictures soon!
